Thermal Engineering Calculation Method of Air-Conditioned Passenger Cars
1 Subject content and applicable scope
1.1 The standard specifies power calculation methods of heat and moisture loads, air-conditioning device and heating device of air-conditioned passenger cars.
1.2 This standard is applicable for thermal engineering calculation of air-conditioned passenger cars.
2 Referenced standards
GB 3102.4 Quantities and units of heat.
3 General rules
3.1 Heat transfer capacity through car body heat insulation wall of air-conditioned passenger cars is calculated by steady heat transfer methods. In order to simplify calculation, heat charge and discharge characteristics of car body heat insulation wall has not been taken into consideration.
3.2 Sensitive heat capacity and latent heat capacity emitted by passengers in vehicle is calculated by number of personnel quota, and in summer it is calculated according to the sum of average emitted sensitive heat capacity and latent heat capacity per passenger. In winter it is calculated only according to sensitive heat capacity.
3.3 There are two schemes for heating power of heating device. Negotiate with the production plant according to user requirements and specify one of the schemes to calculate.
3.4 Only basic size of internal and external surfaces of car body is considered for calculation of heat transfer area of car body, without considering the indent on its surface.
4 Calculation
4.1 Calculation of heat load in the vehicle in summer
4.1.1 Heat transfer capacity through car body heat insulation wall
