徐州某高层住宅电气设计（弱电部分） 摘 要 本篇毕业设计的课题是“徐州华润花园住宅楼电气设计”，主要是关于弱电部分的设计。设计内容包括：电话、有线电视系统、综合布线系统、火灾自动报警系统、保安监控系统、电梯控制系统和可视对讲系统。 本次设计历时3个月，在这段期间内，经过老师的指导和自己的努力，顺利完成了图纸的设计、器材的选型、线缆的确定以及论文的编写。火灾自动报警系统时现代建筑最为重要的智能化系统之一，关系到民众的生命财产安全，本次设计中，该系统采用松江火灾自动报警系统的设计方案，图纸包括系统图和平面图，具体设计方案见图纸；电视电话网络是现代建筑中通信的主要系统，在本次设计中，完成了从进线至用户端的设计；保安监控和可视对讲系统是现代建筑中非常重要的安全防范系统，在本次设计中，完成了各层点的布置和连线等。 关键词： 建筑电气、智能建筑、安防、消防 Abstract The subject of this graduation project the Xuzhou Resources Garden Building electrical design, mainly on the weak part of the design. The design elements include: telephone, cable television systems, cabling system, automatic fire alarm system, security monitoring systems, elevator control system and video intercom system. The design lasted three months, during this period, through the guidance of my teachers and my own efforts, the successful completion of the design drawings, equipment selection, the determination of the cable and paper to write. One of the most important modern building in the automatic fire alarm system, intelligent system, related to peoples lives and property, the design of the system the Songjiang automatic fire alarm system design drawings including system diagrams and plans, the specific design see drawing program; television and telephone network communication system in modern architecture, design, complete design from the feed line to the client; security monitoring and video intercom system is very important in the modern building security systems in the design, completed the arrangement of the layers point and connection.
