河北地质大学硕士学位论文 摘 要 如今，随着我国各行各业的竞争不断加剧，给我国经济的发展带来了巨大的困难 和挑战。研究表明，在公司竞争过程中，除传统的公司运营模式、人力资源管理模式、 薪酬体系、资金实力等方面外，组织文化建设的重要性逐步凸显，甚至成为决定一个 公司成败的关键因素。 本文结合多家学者观点，通过问卷调查法、文献法、实地调查法等多种方法对ST 保安公司在组织文化建设方面的现状及未来的发展方向进行研究发现，ST保安公司目 前面临着企业宗旨意识不强、对组织文化建设资金投入少、奖惩制度不完善、起到示 范引领作用的先进典型推出不充分等现实情况，使现有的组织文化建设不能为ST保安 公司的发展发挥积极作用。因此本文首先着眼于全球和全国组织文化现状的大环境， 对比全球领先企业美国黑水公司以及全国先进企业北京振远护卫中心进行分析，总结 其在运营过程中在组织文化建设方面的先进经验。随后对ST保安公司组织文化建设现 状进行详细解析并提出完善ST 保安公司组织文化建设的对策建议、制定保障机制。 同时分析本研究存在的不足，对未来的研究方向提出展望。 关键词：保安公司；组织文化；对策建议 I ST 保安公司组织文化建设研究 ABSTRACT Nowadays, with the increasing competition of various industries in our country, it has brought great difficulties and challenges to the economic development of our country. It is found that in the process of corporate competition, in addition to the traditional corporate operation model, human resources management model, compensation system, financial strength and other aspects, the importance of organizational culture construction has gradually become prominent. In the business activities of an enterprise, the construction of organizationalcultureandmarketingisthekeytothe successor failure ofacompany. Based on theviewsofmany scholars,thispaper studiesthepresent situation and future development direction of ST security company in the aspect of organizational culture construction through questionnaire survey method, literature method, field investigation method and so on. It is found that ST security company is faced with the reality that the enterprise purpose consciousness is not strong, the investment in organizational culture construction funds is less, the reward and punishment system is not perfect, and the advanced typical introduction which plays a leading role in demonstration is not
