南京邮电大学 2011届本科生毕业设计（论文） PAGE 摘 要 近年来，全球化趋势不断加剧，特别是中国加入WTO以后，中国与世界的联系越来越紧密，大批外资企业纷纷涌入中国，在这样的背景下，国内企业面临的竞争更加激烈。如何充分的利用先进的技术手段收集、管理和使用信息，在情报工作中占领先机，获取竞争优势，是每个企业关注的热点问题。但是国内学术界对竞争情报的研究比较多，对反竞争情报的研究相对较少。而本文就从企业的反情报活动入手进行研究。本文从企业反竞争情报的理论出发，介绍了反竞争情报的含义、特点以及企业开展反竞争情报工作的意义，并对国内外关于反竞争情报进行综述研究，在此基础上，分析了反竞争情报方法原理以及常见的反竞争情报方法，希望本文的研究能对企业以后的反竞争情报活动的开展有一定的借鉴和指导作用。 关键词：反竞争情报；竞争情报；分析方法；企业 ABSTRACT In recent years, the growing trend of globalization , especially after Chinas accession to WTO, contact between China and the world more closely , a large number of foreign companies have been pouring into China , in this context, domestic enterprises are facing more competition . How to make full use of advanced technology to collect , manage and use information , occupation opportunities in intelligence work, gain competitive advantage, is a hot issue every business concern. But domestic academic research on competitive intelligence more, but relatively few studies of anti-competitive intelligence . In this paper, starting from the enterprise and counter-intelligence activities were studied. From the theory of anti-competitive business intelligence , introduces the significance of the meaning of anti-competitive intelligence , characteristics and anti-competitive business conduct intelligence work , and at home and abroad are reviewed on anti- competitive intelligence research , on the basis of analysis of the anti-competitive intelligence methods and principles of the common anti-competitive intelligence , and I hope to be able to carry out research in this paper enterprise competitive intelligence protection after a certain reference and guidance.
