PAGE I 碟板的机械加工工艺规程及加工4-M8底孔专用夹具设计 摘 要 夹具是现在生产制造业加工非标零件的重要工具，也是机床上不可或缺的一部分。制造业涉及的行业比较的多，零件的外形和构造也是千变万化，很多通用夹具逐步的退出了历史的舞台。所以，针对不同的零件设计配套的夹具是非常有价值的。 本次毕业设计的题目是碟板的机械加工工艺规程及加工4-M8底孔专用夹具设计，根据图纸要求进行机械工艺规程设计和专用夹具设计，在掌握零件作用基础上，对零件的工艺进行分析。 针对设计给定的题目，设计出钻削4-M8底孔的专用钻床夹具。论文里面的知识点主要有对机床夹具进行设计、公差等。先对需要加工的零部件进行了解，分析，以便更加精确的对其进行加工，确定加工零件的标准；然后对每一个步进行计算，要算出每一道工序的切削用量；夹具设计包括：设计出对零件进行定位，夹紧，还有引导的各个元件。在这里我们尤其要注意的是，夹具在定位零部件的时候，会产生误差，这个误差要在我们的合理控制范围以内，我们要充分了解夹具的优缺点，以便改进。 通过上面的设计、分析和计算，圆满的完成了本次毕业设计的所有任务，在巩固大学所学知识的同时，还为自己步入社会夯实基础。 关键词：碟板；4-M8；钻床夹具；设计 Abstract Jig is now an important tool for manufacturing production and processing non-standard parts, but also an integral part of the machine.
