橙子自动榨汁机的结构设计 摘要 科技发展的很快，机械技术也比原来先进了很多，水果榨汁机越来越受人欢迎。现在水果的破碎，还有提汁方式有三种，一个是机械化的榨汁，还有一个是理化的榨汁，还有一个是酶法的榨汁。不过用的比较多的还是机械的榨汁方式，理化还有酶法的榨汁方式，因为有副作用，并且有一定的局限性，所以基本上不怎么用。设计一款高效、环保、安全为一体的机械式榨汁机是非常有必要的。 这篇论文是研究的橙子自动榨汁机。查阅有关资料，论文里面的榨汁机是螺旋式不间断的榨汁。在让橙子的固体跟汁分离的时候用的是压缩体积的方法，将橙子汁榨取出来。要想让榨汁机将橙汁炸出来，使用变螺距变径螺杆来进行的。对于榨汁机里面的关键零部件进行了具体的设计，算出来它的有关数据，对这些数据进行校核。 论文里面设计的榨汁机构造不复杂，而且体积不大，榨汁的时候效率是很高的，使用起来也非常的便利。 关键词：橙子；自动；榨汁机；螺旋式；设计 Abstract The rapid development of science and technology, mechanical technology than the original a lot of advanced, fruit juicer more and more popular.
