PAGE I - PAGE I - 带式输送机减速器设计 摘要 带式输送机是输送能力最大连续输送机械之一。其结构简单、运行平稳、运转可靠、能耗低、对环境污染小、便于集中控制和实现自动化、管理维护方便，在连续装载条件下可实现连续运输。本次毕业设计是关于带式输送机上减速器设计，减速机是带式输送机重要组成部分，其结构紧凑、效率高、传动精度高、工作可靠性及密封性好、维修简单、批量大，已在现代机床中得到广泛应用。首先，简单概述带式输送机减速器历史发挥展及概念；其次，具体分析带式输送机运行原则；之后总体设计，查找始数据以及普遍参数要求，进行合理化设计；接着说明输送带减速机选择必要性。对主要部件进行检查，简要说明减速器润滑情况。所以本论文对该输送机研究对未来设计工作有帮助。 关键词：带式输送机；减速器；齿轮；设计 PAGE II- PAGE II - PAGE II 黑龙江工业学院本科毕业设计（论文） PAGE PAGE II Abstract Belt conveyor is one of the most continuous conveying machines. It is simple in structure, stable in operation, reliable in operation, low in energy consumption, small in environmental pollution, convenient for centralized control and automation, convenient for management and maintenance, and can realize continuous transportation under the condition of continuous loading.
