单圆盘果园开沟机的设计 摘要 现在，我们国家的果园在开沟的时候基本上还是人工进行，使用机器的比较少。很多开沟的设备拿到果园里面来不怎么适合，关键是在果园的地面上有很多乱七八糟的东西，土壤里面不仅有根茎，还有石头，而且在果园里面这些果树之间的档距比较小。要想在果园里面开沟的时候使用机器，那么设计一款专门在果园里面开沟的设备是非常紧迫的。 本次设计的主要内容是单圆盘果园开沟机的设计。将现有的开沟机进行比较，翻阅文献，将设计方案确定下来，本次总体方案采用单元盘开沟机。对总体方案中里面涉及到的轴、链轮等主要零部件进行了详细的设计、计算及校核，对电动机、轴承等标准件进行了选型。 绘制机构装配图、零部件图，完成机构三维实体的建模，通过本次设计，不仅对我学校里面学习的专业知识又温习了一遍，对自己将来的工作也做好了知识铺垫。因此，本文的设计也显得尤为有价值。 关键词：单元盘；果园；开沟机；设计；校核 Abstract Now, our countrys orchards in the ditch when the basic or manual, the use of the machine is relatively small.
