I KST1015叉杆的加工工艺及铣60后下端面夹具设计 摘要 伴随国内经济快速发展的今天,零件的外形和种类也越来越多。随着零件的尺寸变化,设计一套专用夹具是十分有必要的。在设计专用夹具时要考虑工件的定位方案,工件的夹紧方案和设计夹紧机构,夹具的其他组成部分,夹具的结构形式等。 本课题的主要研究内容是KST1015叉杆的加工工艺及铣削60后端面夹具设计。叉杆的典型的叉类零件,它位于车床变速机构中,主要起换档,使主轴回转运动按照工作者的要求工作,获得所需的速度和扭矩的作用。在设计初,首先要看懂零件图,并对零件的结构和工艺进行分析,明确粗基准和精基准的选择,确定零件的加工余量与毛坯的尺寸,从而明确零件的加工工艺过程,最后再计算各工序的切削用量及工时。 通过本次对专用夹具的设计,其加工成本低,加工时间短,加工方案合理,为现实的生产中提供一定的理论依据。 关键词:KST1015、叉杆、工艺、铣削、60后端面 Abstract With the rapid development of domestic economy, the shape and types of parts are increasing. With the change of the size of the parts, it is necessary to design a special fixture. When designing the special fixture, we should consider the positioning scheme of the workpiece, the clamping scheme of the workpiece and the design of the clamping mechanism, other parts of the fixture, the structure of the fixture and so on. The main research content of this topic is the processing technology of KST1015 fork rod and the design of 60 end face milling fixture. The typical fork part of the fork bar, which is located in the lathe transmission mechanism, mainly shifts gears, so that the spindle rotary motion works according to the requirements of workers, and obtains the required speed and torque. At the beginning of design, it is necessary to understand the part drawing, analyze the structure and process of the part, determine the selection of rough and precision datum, determine the machining allowance and the size of the blank, so as to define the processing process of the part, and finally calculate the cutting parameters and time of each process. Through the design of this special fixture, its processing cost is low, processing time is short, processing scheme is reasonable, and provides a certain theoretical basis for practical production.
