科技型服务业资本配置结构影响价值创造力的研究.pdf

哈尔滨商业大学硕士学位论文 摘 要 在经济高速发展的新时代，逐渐形成了科技型服务业这一新的产业，它以科技、创 新等新的科技作为核心竞争力，在经济市场中稳步发展。科技、知识和信息等现代资源 是企业核心竞争力的源泉与持续发展的动力，能够影响企业价值创造力。科技服务业的 科技性的特点，使得现代资源 （技术、信息等）更加重要，更能体现出现代资源的重要 性。各种资源的组合也是影响价值创造力的关键因素。目前，国内外研究学者对于资本 配置结构影响价值创造力的研究较少，因此本文的研究对一些企业的生存、发展具有一 定的理论和现实意义。 本文首先针对资本配置结构的概念与衡量进行归纳整理，认为资本配置结构是一个 企业的要素资本的数量构成及其比例关系。然后结合相关资料，从 “价值创造力”的视 角出发，基于资源基础论、现代企业成长论、企业知识论等理论研究科技服务业的资本 配置结构影响企业价值创造力，阐述分析资本配置结构影响价值创造力的作用机理。本 文选取科技型上市公司2014-2018年度的研发数据，在根据数据进行的科技型上市公司 资本配置结构及价值创造力指标进行现状分析后，针对现状分析结果，设计了恰当的资 本配置结构和价值创造力的指标，采用多元线性回归分析的方法，通过描述性统计、相 关性检验及模型构建进行实证分析。实证分析结果显示，资本配置结构各项指标对价值 创造力呈正向促进作用，且新兴要素资本对价值创造力的影响较大，技术资本与知识资 本之间存在均衡效应。根据研究结果，提出了一些具有实际意义的建议，从而提高科技 型上市公司的价值创造力。 关键词 科技型服务业；资本配置结构；价值创造力 - -I 哈尔滨商业大学硕士学位论文 Abstract In the new era of rapid economic development, the new industry of science and technology service industry has gradually formed, which takes science and technology, innovation and other new science and technology as the core competitiveness and develops steadily in the economic market.
