哈尔滨商业大学硕士学位论文 摘 要 改革开放以来，城市建设的步伐加快，房地产业、建筑业等迅猛发展，带动 了家具业等相关行业的发展，家具业的规模逐年增大，产值越来越高，行业内企 业间的竞争日趋激烈，规模小、设备简单、管理粗放的企业已被逐步淘汰，更多 应用新理念、新方法管理的现代企业在竞争激烈的市场中占据了主导地位。构建 企业财务风险预警模型是现代企业防范和化解财务风险的重要手段。 选取YALY公司作为研究对象，构建适用于YALY公司的财务风险预警模型。 在总结相关的学术研究、学术成果的基础上，结合YALY公司的自身特点以及家 具制造业相关的风险特征，从YALY公司的偿债能力、盈利能力、营运能力以及 发展能力四个方面着手，识别出会影响YALY公司的财务风险警源，对警源进行 分析，寻找其影响YALY公司财务风险的途径，得到能够明确表示与风险相关的 财务指标。然后，将得到的财务指标运用熵值法计算，进行权重的赋值，并根据 它们的相关性关系，构建YALY公司的财务风险预警模型，运用熵值法、改进的 功效系数法，对进行二次赋权的财务指标计算，得出YALY公司2014-2018年的 财务风险预警分数，对YALY公司的财务风险情况进行综合评价，并根据YALY 公司的总体经营状况、财务风险预警结果，提出对YALY公司有参考价值的财务 风险防范措施，通过对该公司的财务预警体系构建进行研究，对行业内的同类型 公司也具有很大的参考价值，既可以相互借鉴，也有促进同行业共同发展的作用， 具有一定的理论意义。 关键词：财务风险；财务风险预警模型；熵值法；功效系数法 哈尔滨商业大学硕士学位论文 Abstract Since thereform and opening up,thepace ofurban construction has accelerated, and the rapid development of real estate, construction and other industries has driven the development of furniture and other related industries. The scale of furniture industry is increasing year by year,the output value is getting higher and higher, and the competitiveness among enterprisesin the industry isbecoming increasingly fierce. Enterprises with small scale, simple equipment and extensive management have been gradually eliminated.More enterprises applying modern management ideas and methodshave a place in the competitive market. It is an extremely important work in the modern enterprise management system to build an enterprises financial risk early warningmodel. In this paper, YALY Company is selected as the research object to build a financial risk early warning model suitable for YALY Company. On the basis of summarizing relevant academic research and achievements, combining with the characteristics of YALY Company and the risk characteristics of furniture manufacturing industry, this paper starts from four aspects of YALY Companys solvency, profitability, operation
