出口贸易中知识产权保护现状与对策.doc

摘 要 在国际贸易迅猛发展的同时，贸易摩擦也在频频发生，其中最引人注目的是知识产权争端。随着经济全球化和技术的快速发展，与知识产权有关的国际贸易迅速发展，呈现出知识化的发展趋势，国际贸易中的知识产权保护成为各个国家关注的焦点，对一国出口贸易的发展起着越来越重要的作用。我国的对外贸易在国际贸易知识化发展中还存在着自主创新能力不强、服务贸易发展滞后、知识贸易发展缓慢、知识产权意识淡薄等问题。 本论文运用经济学、国际经济学等相关理论，围绕国际贸易中的知识产权保护对进出口贸易的影响，采用规范与实证、定性与定量相结合的研究方法，比较系统地研究了知识产权保护对于我国出口贸易的影响。论文分为三个部分：首先，研究了国际贸易中知识产权保护的研究背景与理论依据；其次分析了我国知识产权对进出口贸易的影响；最后，介绍了知识产权保护体系及加强我国进出口贸易中知识产权保护的策略。从政府和企业两个角度提出了加强我国进出口贸易中知识产权保护的建议。 关键词：国际贸易；知识产权保护；影响 ABSTRACT The rapid development of international trade at the same time, are also frequent trade friction, the most high-profile intellectual property disputes.
