医养结合养老模式下护理产品设计研究.pdf

山东建筑大学硕士学位论文 摘 要 随着我国老龄化程度的加深，养老问题得到越来越多的关注。医养结合养老 模式的推出，完善了养老服务体系，极大的改善了老年人，尤其是高龄、患病、 失能和半失能老人的医疗照护和生活质量。养老护理产品作为医养结合养老模式 下护理工作的组成要素，是发展养老产业中不可或缺的一部分。 首先，本文对医养结合养老模式和现有养老护理产品进行研究，利用文献查 阅等方法归纳总结出医养结合养老模式下护理产品的特殊性与设计趋势。并通过 真实体验的方式，深入了解养老护理流程，建立了护理流程行为模型。 其次，通过调研了解并分析了养老机构、护理产品企业以及养老护理人员培 训，综合调研结论与护理流程模型总结出老年人和护理人员不同的产品需求，进 而提出医养结合养老模式下护理产品特有的设计原则，为设计实践提供理论依据 和思路。 最后，设计实践部分，将上述总结出来的用户需求与设计原则运用到移位护 理产品的具体设计中，由用户痛点聚焦设计概念和产品机会点，得到最终的设计 成果。 总之，医养结合养老模式下护理产品的设计不仅仅要关注老年人，更重要的 是对护理人员以及整合护理产品行业的关注。希望通过自己总结出的用户需求与 设计原则，为医养结合养老模式下护理产品的设计研究提供一定的参考，改善老 年人的护理流程，提高护理质量与效率，间接促进养老产业的发展。 关键词：老龄化，医养结合，护理产品，护理流程 I 山东建筑大学硕士学位论文 ABSTRACT With thedeepening ofChinas aging,the issueofold-age carehasreceivedmore and more attention.
