多学科联合查房制度 为了规范重症疑难患者诊治工作，发挥多学科综合力量，提高重症疑难病人诊疗水平，经研究制定本制度。 联合查房目的： 从各个专科角度研究讨论重症疑难患者病情及诊疗方案，提出 交叉学科间的诊疗建议，解决诊疗过程中的难题，拓展专科人员的整体医学思路。 联合查房适用对象： 危重症患者； 疑难患者：住院患者入院7日内未确定诊断者、涉及多脏器严 重病理生理异常者、涉及重大手术治疗者； 小婴儿合并多科基础疾病者； 科内难以解决，须多科联合讨论研究的特殊病例； 参加科室人员条件： 本科室和涉及患者病情的相关科室参与，最低不得少于两个科室。 参加医务人员原则上要求副高以上职称人员，必要时可邀请外 院专家参加。 四、联合查房程序： 1、由主治医师提出申请； 2、副主任医师以上同意并确定查房时间、通知相关科室，发会诊单； 3、主管医生汇报病例，要求资料齐全； 4、床边查看病人； 5、讨论并提出相关意见； 6、主管医生记录并汇总意见； 7、主管医生整理形成书面材料写入病历，病历中以“多学科联合查房”为抬头，同时开具“多学科联合查房”医嘱。 Good morning/afternoon, professors.
