第一章 总 则
第一条 目的
员工手册即规章制度,为了树立本公司良好的组织管理秩序、增强职工素质,提高工作效率,严肃公司各项规章制度,发挥职工积极性,将公司发展成具有国际竞争力的现代化企业,根据《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》及有关政策,制定本规则。本规章自公布之日起施行。
第二条 范围
本公司内部员工管理,除遵照国家有关法律、法规、行政规章外,均依本手册办理。
本章适用于经公司批准录用的所有试用期员工,正式合同员工及兼员工工。
本管理制度的解释权和修改权归XX国际钢琴中心(001)所有。
本管理制度及其修订将可以通过以下指定场所或方式获取或者查询:
校区校长
第二章 录 用
第一条本公司各部门如因业务需要,须增加人员时,应报校区校长核准后,由人事财务部办理招聘事宜。本公司所需员工,一律公开条件,向社会招聘,择优录取。
招聘程序如下:
(一) 用人部门提出申请,校区校长即行拟订招聘计划。1、招募职位名称及名额2、资格条件限制3、职位预算薪金4、任用日期5、招聘方式6、准备事项
(二) 各有关招聘计划,需报校区校长批准,并在校长处备案。
(三) 各相关部门主管收集所有应聘材料送交校区校长通阅后挑选合格者,由各部门主管电话联
