A large part of China’s shared economy is dominated by enterprises, such as the bi- cycle short rental platform ofo and the shared mobile power all over the mall. Under such cir- cumstances, enterprises should shoulder more responsibilities. But according to our investigation, there are many problems, such as the excessive release of the single car, the unused charging treasure, and so on. This mode of sharing the economy is very harmful to our society and is a waste of resources. It is obviously a violation of the original intention of the shared economy. This paper will analyze the disadvantages of the current sharing mode from three aspects: The prob- lems of the shared economy, the responsibility of the platform operators and the solution. After the analysis, suggestions of improvement will be given by drawing on the cases at home and abroad.
