In order to achieve sustainable development in the current social environment, enterprises must have a scientific crisis public relations strategy. Enterprise crisis management has become a hot research field of modern enterprises. The essence of enterprise crisis management is how to identify and prevent the crisis before the crisis, how to manage the crisis and how to turn the crisis into the opportunity of enterprise development.
