Paragraph 1 Find a problem What is the question? Which theory to believe in. Paragraph 2 Make a question Two theories 1. Cholera multiplied in the air without reason. A cloud of dangerous gas would float around until it found its victims. 2. People absorbed it with their meals. What is the method?
