教学目标:
1. 能够听、说、读、写新授单词或短语以及他们的现在分词形式。
2. 能在实际情景中恰当运用句型What are your hobbies?和I like ....... 进行简单的问答.
教学重难点:
重点:掌握词汇和短语的读音和词形。
突破方法:朗读课文,进行替换练习,突破重点。
难点:在实际情景中正确运用句型What are your hobbies? I like ...
突破方法:熟练朗读,进行情景对话,突破难点。

教师准备多媒体课件、课文情景动画或音频MP3、单词卡片、故事书等。
教学过程:
Step1 warm up
T:Hello,boys and girls.How are you today?
S:I’m very happy.
T:I’m very glad to hear that .OK , Today we’ll learn Unit 4《I have a pen pal》 part A Let’s learn,Before our class Let’s have chant .师生齐做,(活跃课堂气氛)Oh,wonderful,you did a good job!
Step2 presentation
1 T:Now,look at the picture,I can play the basketball and I like playing basketball ,So this is my hobby.I can draw and I like drawing,So this is my hobby,too.Now,I like reading,running,playing the piano,I can say they are all my hobbies,Right?Now,read after me,hobbies,(升降调,男女生赛读)
2 T:You know Yi yangqianxi is my favourite star,not he is very famous ,but I He is very hard working .let’s guess What are Qian Xi’s hobbies?
S:Singing.(小老师领读To be a little teacher,Who can?)Who can spell it?Who can write it correctly and beautiful?
3 T: let’s guess He also likes what?
S:Dancing,(小老师领读To be a little teacher,Who can?)Who can spell it?Who can write it correctly and beautiful?
(随机指着男生问What are his hobbies?引导学生回答 He likes singing,He also likes dancing.)
4 T:Take out your storybook,I like reading stories,Do you like reading stories?(走到回答yes的学生跟前,提问What are your hobbies?
S:I like reading stories.(游戏catch the card操练单词)Who can spell it?Who can write it correctly and beautiful?(此单词稍难,可以教师板书。)
5 T:Look at the football,Do you like playing football?(走到回答yes的学生跟前,提问What are your hobbies?
S:I like playing football.(catch the card)Who can spell it?Who can write it correctly and beautiful?
6 T:Let’s see a special friend.Wow,a panda,Look!What are the panda’s hobbies?
S:Doing kung fu.
T:Oh,yes,(随机指着男生问If you are the panda,What are your hobbies? 引导学生回答I like doing kung fu.)
