PAGE PAGE # 虚拟现实走进旅游教育一国内外研究综述与比较 Application of Virtual Reality in Tourism Education一 A StudyReview and Comparison both at Home and Abroad Abstract: Virtual reality technology is defined as a computer simulated environment which can offer real experience to users. In the early 21st century, with the promotion of virtual reality technology, its useful applications in tourism education cause greater attention from tourism researchers and professionals. This paper reviewed and comparative studied on domestic and foreign literature sources from various aspects such as time distribution, research themes, research methods. Three research themes were summarized as follows: application overview, technical study and educational study. Application overview mainly introduced the development, value and classification of virtual reality applications on tourism education. Technical study placed emphasis on software development, hardware and construction of training room. Educational study paid attention to educational theory, teaching implementation and evaluation of teaching effectiveness,while using virtual reality technology in tourism education. Based on an assorted analysis of relevant literature, several research limitations of domestic researches were also appeared. On the basis of the critical overview, recommendations to future research were carried out. Key words: Virtual Reality; Tourism Education; Review;Comparative Study 虚拟现实(Virtual reality)是运用计算机创造三维虚拟环境，并与使用者进行互动，从 而让使用者在生理和心理上获得身临其境感受的技术卩-3］。旅游活动的目的是前往异地寻找 一种替代性的真实体验［4］，而旅游体验产生于旅游者与旅游情境的互动中［5］，其体验属性决 定了旅游业是体验经济时代的代表性产业［6］。由此不难发现虚拟现实技术的情境化特色与旅 游业对于体验感受的追求若合一契。因此这项技术自问世以来，在旅游规划、旅游市场研究、 旅游娱乐项目、遗产保护、旅游交通和旅游教育等旅游相关领域中迅速得到运用［7］。其中， 虚拟现实技术在旅游教育中的应用出现在20世纪末，这一技术较好的解决了旅游教学环境 情景化的问题，为旅游实践教学提供了新的思路和方法。目前，国内外对领域的研究已经取 得了一些研究成果，但国内外学者的研究内容、角度与方法却有差异。对国内外研究发展情 况、研究方法和内容的梳理与比较研究，无疑会为这项方兴未艾的技术在我国旅游教育中的 进一步推广提供参考和帮助。 一、 研究方法与数据来源 以虚拟现实技术在旅游教育中应用的相关研究文献为对象，从研究历程，研究内容、研 究方法三个维度对文献进行分类整理和对比分析，探索国内外相关研究的特点与差异性①， 并为我国旅游教育信息化发展提
