随着科学技术的高速发展,保险行业在同时也面临着许多挑战,在信息技术发展不完善的时代,保险公司可以利用信息差,依靠大量的销售人员,去占领市场份额,但是随着市场信息的逐渐透明,市场交叉竞争日益剧烈,保险公司依靠原有的销售模式已经不足以适应市场的变化,客户购买保险已经不再局限于从身边的保险代理人渠道购买保险,客户也变得更加精明,会自主的通过互联网去搜集保险的相关信息,再去选择通过线下的购买渠道去购买保险,所以对于保险公司而言,谁能够赢得客户的心理诉求,谁就能在激烈的竞争中长期发展论文通过对新华保险公司 客户关系管理方面问题进行研究,提出了关于客户关系管理系统建设,建设良好的营销团队,加强公司客服建设,加强公司APP推广等一系列针对性意见和建议,对新华保险公司在客户关系管理上有一定的帮助。

Abstract
With the rapid development of science and technology, the insurance industry is also facing many challenges. In the era of imperfect information technology, insurance companies can take advantage of poor information and rely on a large number of salesmen to occupy market share. However, with the gradual transparency of market information and the increasingly fierce cross-market competition, it is inadequate for insurance companies to rely on the original sales model. In response to changes in the market, customers are no longer limited to buying insurance from the insurance agents around them. Customers are becoming more sophisticated. They will collect relevant information of insurance through the Internet independently, and then choose to buy insurance through offline purchasing channels. So for insurance companies, who can win customerspsychological demands, who can be fierce. Through studying the problems of customer relationship management in Xinhua Insurance Company, this paper puts forward a series of pertinent opinions and suggestions on the construction of customer relationship management system, the construction of good marketing team, the strengthening of customer service construction and the promotion of APP, which will be helpful for Xinhua Insurance Company in customer relationship management.
