新生代农民工参与城镇职工基本养老保险现状及对策分析.docx

经典专科、本科、硕博、研究生、期刊毕业论文 经典2019成稿 仅供参考 精心整理 仅供参考 勿用作商业用途 摘 要 近年来，我国经济快速发展，越来越多的农民工涌入城市，2018年新生代农民工占比已超过一半，发挥着重要的作用。由于新生代农民工中思想观念的改变，导致他们更倾向于在城市生活，养老问题是每个人都不能避免的，但目前在各种因素的影响下，新生代农民工参与城镇职工基本养老保险的比例并不高。本文主要通过和老一代农民工对比总结出新生代农民工的特点，通过对现有数据的分析找出当前存在的问题，同时通过对现有文献的分析从自身、企业和政府这三个方面找出原因并提出相应的对策。 关键词：新生代农民工；城镇职工基本养老保险；现状；影响因素；对策 ABSTRACT In recent years, Chinas economy develops rapidly, and more and more migrant workers flood into cities. In 2018, more than 50 percent of the new generation of rural migrant workers played an important role. As the new generation of migrant workers changes their mindset, they tend to live in cities. Pension problems are inevitable for everyone. However, under the influence of various factors, the new generation of migrant workers participate in the basic old-age insurance for urban workers. Thats not a high percentage. This paper mainly compares the characteristics of the new generation of migrant workers and the old generation of migrant workers, finds out the existing problems through the analysis of existing data, and analyzes the existing literature from three aspects: self, enterprise and government. Find out the reasons and put forward corresponding countermeasures.
