PAGE III 摘 要 在经济实力和生活水平日益提高的今天，人民对机动车辆的需求量也在不断增加。随着经济快速增长的同时人民群众的保险意识也在逐渐提高，为车险行业的飞速发展提供了契机，创造了巨大的发展空间。车险保费收入的不断增加，已经成为财产保险公司收入的主要支柱。车险的各种销售渠道的迅速发展，开展车险业务的公司不断增加，行业内的竞争日趋激烈。而车险理赔环节的好坏是财产保险公司从市场竞争中脱颖而出的关键。但是就我国目前的车险理赔水平距离国外的理赔水平差异较大，客户常常觉得体验不佳，降低满意度，从而使得公司的保户流失，经济效益下降。 本文主要针对车险行业理赔环节，系统的运用了理论分析、图表分析法、波特五力模型、定性与定量结合等分析方法。首先介绍了机动车辆保险的研究背景、意义和国内外文献综述；接着阐述了机动车辆保险的相关理论；之后对机动车辆保险行业的行业环境和竞争结构进行分析，找到车险理赔环节存在的问题：理赔周期长、定损效率低、理赔资源被滥用、理赔队伍建设不合理和保险欺诈问题严重等；最后针对机动车辆保险理赔环节存在的问题提出改进的建议，使得各大保险公司更好的适应市场经济的转型。 关键词：机动车辆保险；车险理赔；问题及对策 Abstract The demand for motor vehicles is also increasing in the economic and living standards. Along with the rapid economic growth at the same time, the peoples insurance consciousness is also gradually improve, for the rapid development of car insurance industry provides an opportunity to create a huge space for development. The rising cost of insurance premiums has become the mainstay of the income of property insurance companies. The rapid development of various sales channels of auto insurance, the increasing number of companies that carry out auto insurance business, and the increasing competition in the industry. And the bad quality of the car insurance is the key that the property insurance company stands out from the market competition. But Chinas current level of car insurance claims from foreign claims level difference is bigger, customers often feel poor experience, reduce the degree of satisfaction, so as to make the company in a loss of economic benefits.
