膀 膀 蒁 蒁所在专业： 计算机科学与技术 膀 膀 蒁 蒁所在专业： 计算机科学与技术 肇东北农业大学成栋学院 毕业设计 蚁题目： 小区物业管理系统 蚆学生签字: 袂 膂导师签字: 蚀 芅 芅 芅 芅 螅摘 要 薅如今随着科技地不断进步和发展，人们的生活越发复杂化，信息的接收与发布已成 为人类社会必不可少的组成部分。我们基于物业管理的基础上，让这个信息系统能在互 联网上运行操作。实现对业主和物业信息的管理，实现更加快捷和全面的服务平台，而 开发设计了小区物业内部管理操作平台。 羂首先，业主可以通过注册用户，实现报修投诉、充值缴费、修改密码、意见建议等 操作。其次系统管理员管理几面主要包含：物业管理、信息统计、用户资料管理，信息 添加、修改及删除。物业管理系统平台是依附于 JSP技术，采用SQL server 2005数据 库完成了对业主、物业等信息的管理存储功能。 蒇开发物业管理系统是为了创建一个高效、全面、精细的服务平台，采用简易高性能 的JSP与SQL server 2005数据库，开发设计了小区物业管理网站。物业管理平台主要 实现了物业信息管理、用户信息管理、公共信息管理、平台运行管理等相关模块，这些 模块与前台模块（概况浏览、公共信息查询、个人信息查询等）巧妙融合到一起，提高 了服务水平和管理效率。同时该平台还通过了科学、专业的测试，系统实现了小区相关 信息的接收与发布、业主信息管理、物业信息管理等功能。 膇物业管理系统可以根据实际生活中的个别情况，适度进行修改，一边更好的业主提 供优质服务。本系统界面美观，操作简便，功能全面，运转稳定。 羅关键词：物业 管理系统 JSP B/S 结构 腿 薀 蚈 袃 衿 莈 螆 芃ABSTRACT 蚀 Along with the social progress and development, the pace of life is accelerating and information have become the indispensable part in life. Realization of customer, property managementinformation system, provide more simple, convenient operation platform, and design a residential property internal management platform. 葿 On the one hand, the user can through the registered user, carries on the spot, complaints, cipher amending operation. On the other hand administrator management module mainly include: property management, financial statements statistics, the basic data management, data, add, modify and delete. This system is based on JSP technology, and use SQL server 2005to realize the function of information management, has been successfully applied to the system. 袄 The purpose of this system is to establish an effective platform, using concise efficient JSP technology and SQL server 2005 database techniques, design and develop the residential property internal management nets. This system mainly realizes the property information management,customer information management, bulletin boards information management, system management etc, at the same t
