一、教学目标

能正确使用下列词汇fold your clothes,sweep the floor ,do the dishes, take out the rubbish……
能正确使用委婉语气提出请求及请求允许并进行回答。
【过程与方法】
能够正确使用委婉语气提出请求及请求允许。
【情感、态度与价值观】
在学生掌握委婉语气基础上表达对父母的礼貌,发出让学生在学习之余帮助父母干家务的倡议;培养学生合作学习的意识和能力。
二、教学重点:
1、熟练掌握单词和词汇。
2、通过正确使用委婉语气提出请求及请求允许。
三、教学难点:
委婉语气的使用及如何回答。

搜集资料制作PPT课件

六、教学过程:
Step 1:Revision
T:Today let’s learn Unit 3.First let’s watch a short video.
Show the PPT. A girl is doing housework.
Step 2:Presentation
Look at the picture.Tell me what can the girl do?
T: Tell me what can the girl do?
S: She can clean the floor.
T: Do you do housework at home? S: Yes .
T: look at the pictures.What can they do in Picture One?
S: They can fold the clothes. (write the phrase on the blackboard)
Show another picture and ask
T: What can she do? (write the sentence on the blackboard)help the Ss to answer She can…(show the right answer and teach “ take out the rubbish”.
Show another picture and let the Ss answer sweep the floor
Read the words together. And then show another three pictures the Ss have learned.
Step3:Presentation
Learn 1a
Read together .Boys read .Girls read .Read by themselves and try to remember them .
Pair work
Show 6 pictures and have a competition .Then look at the picture .Tell the Ss Peter and his mother are talking about chores.
3. Do listening practice.1b
4.Present 1c .Ask the Ss to work in pairs. Then have a competition.
5.Ask the Ss when you ask someone to do something ,how can you ask more politely ? The Ss can answer “Could you please …?”Then ask how to answer . The Ss can answer Yes,sure ./No problem…
6.Present 2a.Tell the Ss here’s a conversation between Peter and his father .Doing some listening.
7. Do listening practice.2b
8.Read 2c .Then act it out.Ask the Ss to make a new conversation .
