嘉峪关气象塔复杂钢结构安装定位测量技术研究 李玉宝*余代俊2 (1?西南科技大学环境与资源学院四川绵阳621010 2.成都理工大学地球科学学院四川成都610059) 摘要:嘉峪关气象塔高95米,是目前国内最高的气象塔,其混凝土筒状塔楼,被海豚造型钢结构网壳所环绕。网壳 以2726根不同门径钢管对径焊接构成,空间结构非常复杂,安装定位存在许多技术难题。论文论述了根据现场施工条件, 将网壳分片于地面拼装后,再整体吊装的安装方案。详细阐述基于CAD图形操作方法的吊装组件拼装定位数据处理;设 置定位桩限定M装组件骨架的空间位置,保证拼装时各杆件相对关系正确;设计专用工具安置皿装观测标志;观测点与 设计点空间坐标关系确定;吊装定位操作方法等技术研究成果。论文所报告的研究成果,均在嘉峪关气象塔工程实践屮 成功应用,保证了网壳安装工程的顺利完成,可供从爭类似的复杂钢结构安装定位工作的同行借鉴、参考。 关键词:嘉峪关气象塔;复杂钢结构;安装定位:测量 Research on surveying technology for installment and localization of meteorological tower of Jiayuguan complicated steel structure Li Yu-bao1 Yu Dai-jun2 Environment and Resource College, Southwest University of Science and Technology,Mianyang, Sichuan 621010, China College of Earth sciences, Chengdu University of Technology, Chengdu, 610059,China Abstract: The Jiayuguan meteorology tower, as tall as 95 meters, is the highest meteorology tower at the present, whose concrete tube-shape turret, is surrounded by the dolphin-shape steel structure net shell. The net shell is composed by 2726 steel-pipes welded together, and their spatial relationship is rather complex, which makes that the installment localization has many technical problems. This paper deals with elaborately the scheme that the net shell is hoisted as a whole after being assembled on the ground. The author introduces the engineering research achievements including the data processing of assembling location based on CAD graph before hoisting modules; the establishment of location stakes to define hoisting module skeletons space position and make the various hoisting modules relative relations correct; the design of the special-purpose tool for placing the hoisting observation monuments; the determination of relations between the observation points and designed coordinates; hoisting localization operating procedures and so on. All the research results reported in this paper, are practiced successfully in the Jiayuguan meteorology tower project, to ensure the smooth installation of the net
