多奈哌齐治疗阿尔茨海默病的临床疗效研究 【摘要】目的：验证多奈哌齐(Donepezil)治疗阿尔茨海默病(AD)的安 全性及有效性。方法：对61例AD患者进行多奈哌齐和他可林(Tacrirw)的多 中心开放、对照治疗,其中多奈哌齐组33例(5mg/d),他可林组28例(平均 100mg/d)；共治疗12周。应用简易精神状态检杳(MMSE),日常生活能力量 表(ADL)评定临床疗效，用副反应量表(TESS)评定副反应。结果：多奈哌齐 组治疗总有效率为69. 70%,显效率为51. 52%,他可林组分别为67. 86%和 46. 43%,起效时间均在治疗第四周末；两组间差异无显著性(X 2分别=0. 023 和0.011)o多奈哌齐组和他可林纽?治疗前厉MMSE评分及加分率，ADL评分及 减分率的差异均无显著性(P0.05)。多奈哌齐组的不良反应较他町林组显苦 少而轻，仅有6例病人存在轻度的恶心或胃纳减退。结论：多奈哌齐能有效治 疗AD,且不良反应少而轻微。 【关键词】阿尔茨海默病；多奈哌齐；他可林 A comparative study of donepezil and Alzheimer disease for Clinical research [abstract] Objective Verify thdt the Donepezil of many what Pains cures safe nature and effectiveness that.
