昆明小餐饮企业的营销问题与对策 [摘要]伴随我国餐饮业的不断发展和竞争的日益激烈,小餐饮企业的营销问题己 经成为经营者普遍关注的一个焦点问题。在很多小餐饮企业,由于对营销策略没 有引起足够重视,久而久之,在激烈的市场竞争下,小餐饮企业的客源必定会出 现流失、经营利润必然会下降,其至可以导致小餐饮企业的倒闭。对于小餐饮企 业而言,消费者不仅是客源的重要组成部分,更是酒店收益的主要贡献者,所以, 小餐饮企业必须要对其营销问题引起重视,这样才能为小餐饮企业带来更多的客 源、才能不断提升小餐饮企业的盈利水平。为此,本文以昆明小餐饮企业为例, 来对昆明小餐饮企业的营销问题进行一个全而系统的研究,通过对昆明小餐饮企 业的市场现状分析,对昆明小餐饮企业存在的营销问题进行总结,并对提出针对 性的策略,希望为昆明小餐饮企业的发展提供一点可借鉴性的建议。 [关键词]昆明小餐饮企业;营销问题;问题;策略 Abstract along with the continuous development of Chinars catering industry and the increasingly fierce competition, the marketing problems of small catering enterprises have become a focus of attention of the operators in many small catering enterprises, because donrt pay enough attention to the marketing strategy, in the course of time, in the fierce market competition, small catering business customers will there will be loss of operating profit will decrease, even can lead to small catering enterprises went bankrupt.
