1.DESCRIPTION:
TheVesselisametrictonsdeadweight,atdesigneddraftofmeters(hereinafterc
alledtheVessel)oftheclassdescribedbelow.TheVesselshallhavetheSeller
’sHullNo.andshallbeconstructed,equippedandcompletedinaccordancewitht
hefollowingSpecifications:
(1)Specification(DrawingNo.)
(2)GeneralArrangement(DrawingNo.)
(3)MidshipSection(DrawingNo.)
(4)Makerslist(DrawingNo.)
AttachedheretoandsignedbyeachofthepartiestotheContract(hereinaftercol
lectivelycalledtheSpecifications),makinganintegralparthereof.
2.CLASSANDRULES
TheVessel,includingitsmachineryandequipment,shallconstructedinaccorda
ncewiththerulesandregulations(hereinaftercalledtheClassificationSoci
ety)andshallbedistinguishedintherecordbythesymbolof
