China 轴压机是在生产环节过程中用来压装轴套和附件的重要机电设备。 本课题研究的 目的就是为提高、改进压装轴套和其它附件的压装精度。 首先，对50型变速箱离合器轴压机的压装头进行总体方案的设计，主要分为两 方面的设计：压装头的结构设计和动力系统的设计。 结构设计采用传统的设计方法，各部分结构在强度、稳定性等方面均达到要求。 动力系统的设计方面，由于液压系统动作易实现，且动作准确，因此本设计采用液压 传动系统来实现压装头的动作要求，在其设计中主要对液压系统、液压缸和液压站进 行了设计。 通过对液压系统的优化设计可以提高离合器轴压机的压装精度，从而提高了压装 的质量。由此可得，随着机械工业的发展，现代机电设备开始装备大量原件，包括电 器元件，液压元件和气动元件，其中元件的选择和质量是决定主机工作质量的重要因 素。 关键词：液压传动 准确 可靠 合理 ABSTRACT Axis press is in the process of product ion processes used to press-fit sleeve and accessories, electrical and mecha ni cal equipme nt.
