摘 要 采用纸片法和琼脂平板稀释法测定了 196株临床分离菌对司帕沙星的敏感性, 并同洛美沙星、氧氟沙星、环丙沙星和依诺沙星进行比较。纸片法结果显示,细菌对司帕沙 星的敏感率最高,为97.45%;其次是环丙沙星(93.36%),氧氟沙星(92.85%),洛美沙星 (91.32%);对依诺沙星的頌感率瑕低(84.69%)o革兰氏阳性菌对司帕沙星的敏感率略高于革 兰氏阴性菌,分别为100%和96.68%(P0.05)o金葡球菌、大肠埃希氏菌、铜绿假单胞菌和 不动杆菌対司帕沙星的敏感率分别为100%、94.12%、95.00%和88.89%。MIC测定结果表 明,司帕沙星对所有细菌的MIC均低于英它4种抗菌药物。抑制50%和90%的金徜球菌所 需的司帕沙星浓度为0.125和2mg/L,是其它药物1/4?1/16。对于肠杆菌科的细菌,司帕沙 星的MIC50和MIC90在0.5和4mg/L之间,是其它4种药物1/4?1/8倍。对于铜绿假屮胞 菌,司帕沙星的MIC50和MIC90与环丙沙星和依诺沙星相同,低于洛美沙星和氧氟沙星。 对不动杆菌的体外抗菌活性优于其它4种药物4?8倍。所有5种氟座诺酮药物对秒门氏菌 屈和其它肠杆菌均显示非常好的体外抗菌活性。MIC90在0.06?0.5mg/L之间。以上说明, 司帕沙星较洛美沙星、氧氟沙星、环丙沙星和依诺沙星具有更好的体外抗菌活性。
Study on susceptibility of clinical bacteria isolates to sparfloxacin

ABSTRACT The susceptibility to sparfloxacin in 196 strains of clinical isolates was measured by Kirby-Bauer method and an agar dilution method, compared with lomefloxacin, ofloxacin, ciprofloxacin and enoxacin. From the result of Kirby-Bauer method, the rate of susceptibility to sparfloxacin was the highest, 9745%, followed by ciprofloxacin (93.36%) ofloxacin (92.85%), lomefloxacin (91.32%) and that to eno-xacin is the lowest, 84.69%. Gnim-positive bacteria was more sensitive than gram-negative isolates, the sensitive rate of the two kinds of bacteria were 100% and 96.68% (P0.05) respectively. The rate of sen-sitivity to sparfloxacin in S.aureus, E.coli, P.aeruginosa and Acinetobacter were 100%, 94.12%, 95% and 88.89% respectively.
