转炉氧枪提升装置设计
摘要
在炼钢生产中,氧枪提升机构是转炉炼钢过程屮非常重耍的组成部分,提升机构是 利用卷筒来控制小车进而来控制氧枪升降的装置。本文在结合生产需要,参考了鞍山热 工仪表厂的氧枪提升设备的基础上,设计出转炉氧枪提升装置。设计中对氧枪提升机构 的各组成部分进行了参数计算,从而选定了三相异步电机、联轴器、钢丝绳、减速器、 卷筒等设备,并且对电动机卷筒等进行校核。文中阐述了系统整体构成和设计思路,重 点讲述了卷扬装詈的相关设计。并且为了确保生产的安全进行,本次设计增加了防坠落 装置。最后对整个氧枪升降系统的润滑部分进行描述,保证系统的正常运行以及对整个 系统的可靠性和安全性进行分析。本次设计出的提升装置结构合理、成本低廉、且便于 安装和维护。

The Design of the Promoting Equipment of oxygenlance
Abstract
In steel production, the oxygen lance lifting mechanism is a very important part of the BOF steelmaking process, the lifting mechanism is the use of the reel to control the car and then to control the movements of the oxygen lance device? In this paper, combined with production needs, with reference to the Anshan Thermal Meter Factory of the oxygen lance upgrade the equipment on the basis to design a converter oxygen lance lifting devices. Design the various components of the lifting mechanism of the oxygen lance parameter calculation, which selected the three-phase asynchronous motors, couplings, wire rope, speed reducer, roll and other equipment, such as motor reel check? The paper describes the overall composition and design ideas focus on the design of the winch device. In order to ensure the safety of production, this design in creases the an ti-fall device. Finally, the lubrication part of the lifting system of the oxygen lance description, to ensure the normal operation of the system and the whole system reliability and security analysis. The lifting device structure design, low cost and easy to install and main tain.
