临床路径在腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢良性肿瘤中的实施效果评 临床路径在腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢良性月中瘤中的实施效果评价 江一峰1张贝1邵陆姣1张瑾2李芬富3*祝延红1 ［摘要］目的评价临床路径在腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢良性月中瘤中的实施效果, 并分析其应用价值。方法根据纳排标准z将实施临床路径和一般诊疗流程的患 者分别纳入临床路径组和非临床路径组，收集分析两组患者基本情况、住院医疗 费用、平均住院天数和日均住院医疗费等数据,并分析临床路径组的变异情况。 结果临床路径组的住院费用低于非临床路径组，其中药费、化验费、检查费和床 位费明显降低，手术费、治疗费和护理费无明显差异；临床路径组的平均住院天 数小于非临床路径组；两组的日均住院医疗费无明显差异；临床路径组负性变异 发生率为19.60%。结论腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢良性肿瘤的临床路径对于降低住院 费甩 缩短住院时间具有显著作用，同时并不影响医院单个床位的日均收入。 关键词门诊护士；心理健康；应对方式 Evaluation of the Clinical Pathway on Laparoscopic Surgery for Benign Ovarian Tumor/JIANG Y 讦 eng,ZHANG BeizSHAO Lujiaozet al.//Chinese Health Quality Management, 2014z21 (1):28-30 AbstractObjectiveTo evaluate the effect of the clinical pathway for laparoscopic surgery in treatment of benign ovarian tumor.MethodAccording to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, patients were selected into clinical pathway group or control group based on their treatment procedure. The data of hospitalization expenses, average hospitalizati on days and daily hospitalizati on expenses were analyzed.ResultThe hospitalization expenses of clinical pathway group were sign讦icantly less than that of the control group, especially in the expenses for drugs, tests, inspections and sickbeds. However, no difference was found on operation cost, therapy and nursing expense. The average hospitalization days of clinical pathway group were also less than that of the control group. There was no statistical difference on the daily hospitalization expenses. The incidence of negative variance was 19.60% in the clinical pathway group. ConclusionThe clinical pathway on laparoscopic surgery for benign ovarian tumor could obviously reduce hospitalization expenses, shorten average hospitalization days. However, it did t affect daily mean income of single bed.
