PAGE PAGE 12 摘要 随着这个时代的发展，互联网在逐渐普及，在这个企业竞争愈演愈烈的时代，众多的企业开始从传统模式转型电子商务模式发展。电子商务作为新经济时代的产物，已成为新世纪贸易活动的基本经济形式。电子商务的发展提高了中小企业的竞争力，开辟了一种新的营销模式。本文首先分析了中小企业和电子商务的现状，分析了中小企业发展电子商务的前景，以及电子商务给中小企业带来的巨大商机，阐明了中小企业发展电子商务的必要性和紧迫性，最后，提出了中小企业电子商务发展中存在的主要问题，并针对这些问题提出了一些建议，中小企业电子商务的发展应加快信息化建设；重视电子商务专业人才的引进与培训;完善相关的法律法规，营造良好的电子商务环境等相应对策。总而言之，中小企业发展电子商务是大势所趋，我们应该进行分析并提出相对应的解决对策和建议。 关键词 中小企业 电子商务 问题与对策 电子商务 ABSTRACT With the development of this time, the Internet is becoming more and more popular, and in the era of increasing competition of the enterprise, many enterprises begin to transform the mode of electronic commerce from the traditional mode. As a product of the new era of economy, e-commerce has become the basic economic form of trade activity in the new century. The development of e-commerce has improved the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises and opened up a new marketing model. This paper first analyzes the present situation of small and medium-sized enterprises and e-commerce, analyzes the prospects of the development of e-commerce in small and medium-sized enterprises, and the great opportunities brought by e-commerce to small and medium-sized enterprises, and expounds the necessity and urgency of the development of e-commerce for small and medium-sized enterprises. Finally, this paper puts forward the main problems existing in the development of electronic commerce of small and medium-sized enterprises, and puts forward some suggestions in view of these problems. The development of electronic commerce of small and medium-sized enterprises should speed up the construction of information technology; attach importance to the introduction and training of e-commerce professionals; perfect the relevant laws and regulations, and create a good e-commerce environment. In a word, the development of e-commerce in small and medium-sized enterprises is the general trend, we should analyze and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. Keyword
