発生原因(happen reason)
根据客户寄送的不良样品,内部用PCB板进行了确认。
标示平面度在o?6mm以下所有样品,插入PCB后均没有翘起,是0K品。
标示平面度超过0?6mm的所有样品,框架面明显变形,插入PCB后均有明显翘起, 而且不能插入插板。
框架面变形推定发生原因之一可能为工序中拿取不注意导致。工序F插座钏装或插 板检验时拔取不规范可以再现类似的产品变形。
另外还有可能为落下品混入。

Confirm result:
The marked un-flatness of the parts below 0.6mm seems no obvious gap between the parts and PCB. It is OK parts.
The marked un-flatness of the parts over 0.6mm bent obviously,the gap is very obvious between the parts and PCB after inserting into the PCB
We think the bent maybe caused for the careless when the part was take out from die jig in the caulking process? They can be reappeared for the abnormal operation when
drawing off the parts in the F connector caulking or jig check process ?
And also maybe it is the defect parts mixed which had been dropped to the floor before.
流出原因(outflow reason):
该产品的平面度没有在图纸上明确定义,因此内部并无列入管控。另外平面度小于 0. 6mm的实际为0K品。
平面度大于0. 6mm (实际为变形所致)的产品
检查员漏检
可能插板插入后拔出不良,所以后续未有检验导致流出。

Maybe the inspector miss-check it
it deformed when the parts were picked out from the jig by the inspector forthe abnormal operation, then we pack it without check. So It flows out.
発生对策(happen countermeasure):
跟SONY HQ制定平面度小于0.6mm为OK品的平面度标准并追加进图纸,我们内部制 程进行管控。
教育作业员注意工序中的取用,按作业指导书垂直或两手水平拔取防止变形。
