基于积极老龄化视角的社区老年教育现状及对策研究 ——以中山市Z社区为例 【摘要】我国正处于人口老龄化快速发展中，在这个背景下，积极老龄化显得格外重要。发展社区老年教育是有效实施积极老龄化的方式之一，社区老年教育是一种有效解决我国人口老龄化的方法，研究社区老年教育的现状具有一定的现实意义。 本文通过借鉴孙珍辉学者的问卷，对中山市Z社区的老年教育现状进行研究和探讨，有针对性地提出相关对策。经过分析后本文得出，在参与意愿和动机方面：中山市Z社区的老年人对社区老年教育的参与意愿较强，但对社区老年教育的认识不足，他们的参与动机大部分为促进自己的人际交往、培养兴趣爱好和提升自我；在社会支持方面：家庭支持度较高，但社区支持力度不足，老年人受晚辈生活、自身身体限制和传统观念的影响较高；老年人对其社区老年教育大部分表示满意。为了积极应对人口老龄化，针对社区老年教育现状，本文提出分别从社会、社区和老年人自身三个层面的有效对策。从老年人自身角度介入：要转变老年人的传统观念，通过个案和小组工作方法引导老年人树立信心，得到情感支持；从家庭和社区角度介入：（1）从家庭成员对社会参与的认知和观念进行干预，发挥家庭系统功能；（2）基于增能理论和终身教育的角度，设置多元化课程，建立多功能厅，完善志愿者招募管理以及完善和规范社区老年人的相关制度，使老年人提高自信、实现自我价值，提高社区老年人的社会参与；从社会角度介入：建立“时间银行”，加大对社区老年教育发展的扶持力度，增强社区师资队伍的建设，发挥社会工作者的呼吁作用。 【关键词】老年社会工作；社区老年教育；积极老龄化；现状；对策 Based on the perspective of active aging of the community elderly education status quo and countermeasure research - take Z community of Zhongshan City as an example 【Abstract】China is in the rapid development of population aging, in this context, active aging is particularly important.
