本科毕业设计 题目 手推式花生播种机 系 别 工程技术系 专 业 机械设计制 造及其 自动化 学生姓名 学 号 指导教师 职 称 2015年04月20日 手推式花生播种机 摘要 本设计是根据国内外农业播种机的发展趋势，本着良好实用性、适应性和结构简单便 于操作的原则，从而设计的一种新式手推式花生播种机。该机在结构上的优点，能适应多 种田地的播种。小到1-2分大的田块，大到上百亩的田块，不管是平坝、还是浅丘地区； 无论是板结的土质，还是疏松的土质 能适应。本设计着重考虑了播种机的原理，包括链 条链轮传动机构、排钟排肥机构、种箱、地轮、压土轮、覆土器、开沟器和整体机架组成。 从机器运动的功能出发，按类比法以及变异一组合法完成机构的构件和设计，使结构紧凑, 体积小，噪音小、无污染，使用方便灵活的特点，适合一般土地环境的播种。采用手推提 供动力，无需引擎驱动，达到了节能环保的目的，而且使用安全、可靠，便于维护。 关键词：花生播种；播种机；手推。 Abstract This design is based on the development trend of domestic and foreign agricultural seeder. With the principle of good practicability, adaptability , simple structure and easy to operate , so design a new type of hand push peanut planter.。The advantage of this machine in structure is the ability of adapting to many field to planting.lt can adapt range from 1-2 patch of land to hundred patch of land, from plain dam to shallow hill area, from the harden soil to loose soil.This design mainly considers the principle of the planter, including chain sprocket drive mechanism, bells distributing mechanism, types of boxes, wheel, soil pressure wheel, turns the soil, opener, and the overall frame. tarting from the function of machine movement and according to the analogy method and variation - combination to complete body components and design.lt makes compact structure ,small volume , low noise,and no pollution . Using conveniently and flexibly is suited to the planting of general land environment.Using hand push power without the engine drive achieve the purpose of energy conservation and environmental protection,.And It is used safely, reliably, and easy to maintain.
