The core components of air conditioning refrigeration system are compressor, expansion valve, liquid storage dryer, evaporator and condenser. Refrigerants have different states in high-pressure and low-pressure pipelines, and because of the existence of refrigerants in these different states, the refrigeration of automotive air conditioning system is realized. At present, automobile air conditioning has become the standard equipment of automobile, so the maintenance of automobile air conditioning has become an important work of automobile maintenance industry. On the basis of the combination and the working principle of the automobile air conditioning system, this paper provides some concrete examples to illustrate the general methods for diagnosis and repair of Honda maintenance and detection of air conditioning system faults. Some of the maintenance methods mentioned in this paper are practical and versatile, and can also provide reference for other air conditioning systems for automobiles.
