This paper discusses the limitation of application and research of cement concrete pavement,through summarizing and analyzing the common diseases of cement concrete pavement and their causes, it mainly discusses the ways to prevent and solve the diseases of cement concrete pavement from two aspects.First from the geological factors, through the investigation and study of various geological conditions in China, this paper analyses the influence of different geological conditions on cement concrete pavement, which may cause diseases on cement concrete pavement, strives to control the influence of geological factors on cement concrete pavement, and summarizes the corresponding prevention and solution measures for the possible diseases.
