综合护理干预影响小儿骨科患者术后疼痛临床观察 佛山市中医院小儿骨科 黄秀燕 【摘要】目的：分析综合护理干预对小儿骨科患者术后疼痛的影响；取方法：本 院小儿骨科于2010年9月至2012年9月间住院收治的行手术治疗的患儿86例 作为研究对象，根据术后护理方法的不同随机分为使用常规护理的对照组及使用 综合护理干预的观察组患儿各43例。比较两组患儿的术后疼痛评分、负面情绪 评分、护理满意度等差杲；结果：观察组患儿接受综合护理干预措施后其疼痛评 分明显低于对照组患者(P0.05)；观察组患儿的负面情绪评分明显低于对照组 患者(P〈0?05)；观察组患儿对于护理的满意度情况明显高于对照组患者 (P0. 05)；结论：综合护理干预可以有效缓解小儿骨科术后疼痛，减轻负面情 绪，提高护理满意度。 【关键词】护理干预；小儿骨科；术后疼痛 Effect of comprehensive nursing on post-operative children，s pain oforthopedics department Abstract: Objective: To study the effect of nursing intervention on pain of patients after pediatric department of orthopedics? Methods: operation treatment to take this hospital pediatric department of orthopedics in 2010 September to 2012 September were treated in hospital with 86 cases as the research object, according to the different methods of postoperative care were randomly divided into control group used routine nursing care and observation group use comprehensive nursing intervention in 43 cases? Differences in pain scores, negative emotions, nursing satisfaction scores were compared between the two groups after operation. Results: the pain scores of children of observation group received comprehensive nursing in terventions were lower than that of control group ( P0.05 ); patients in observation group were significantly lower than the negative emotion of patients in the control group ( P0.05 ); observation group satisfaction of nursing for the patients was significantly higher than that in control group (P0.05 ). Conclusion: comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively alleviate the pediatric department of orthopedics, postoperative pain, reducing the negative mood, improve nursing satisfactio n.
