氢燃料电池轿车的后悬架设计 摘要 随着社会的发展进步,汽车已经成为了很多家庭的必备品,氢燃料电池汽车 也逐渐走入大众视野,汽车在全世界开始变得普及,人们对于汽车舒适性的需求 也越来越高。汽车悬架影响着舒适性等行驶性能,一般来讲,汽车悬架由减振器、 弹性元件和导向元件组成,起着连接车轮与车 的作用,并能传递各种行驶路况 下汽车与地面间的力和力矩,使汽车拥有良好的舒适性与行驶稳定性。我设计的 目标是完成氢燃料电池轿车的后悬架设计;且本次设计选择了丰田Mirai 2014款 作为初步的车型选择,在充分分析了各种悬架的结构特点和优缺点,又对比了目 前氢燃料电池轿车常用的后悬架类型后,选择了扭力梁式悬架作为本次的悬架结 构。本次设计需要完成后悬架的选型、性能参数的选取、对各元件的设计计算以 及校核,并通过计算机软件对后悬架进行建模,之后用ADAMS对已经设计得 后悬架系统进行分析,使其拥有良好的性能。 关键i司:后悬架;扭力梁式悬架;弹性元件;减振器;导向元件 II Abstract With the development of economy and technology, cars have entered thousands of households, and hydrogen fuel cell vehicles have gradually entered the public vision. When the car is widely used in the world, people have higher and higher requirements for car comfort. Automobile suspension affects the driving performance such as comfort. Generally speaking, automobile suspension is composed of shock absorber, elastic element and guiding element, which plays the role of connecting wheel and body. And the suspension system can transmit the force and moment between the vehicle and the ground under kinds of driving conditions, so that the automobile has good comfort and driving stability. he goal of this design is to design the rear suspension of hydrogen fuel cell car. In this design, oyota Mirai 2014 is selected as the preliminary model selection. After fully analyzing the structural characteristics, advantages and disadvantages of various suspensions, and comparing the commonly used rear suspension types of hydrogen fuel cell cars, torsion beam suspension is selected as the suspension structure. his design needs to complete the selection of rear suspension, the selection of performance parameters, the design calculation and verification of each component, and model the rear suspension through computer software, then use Adams to analyze the des
