随着全球经济持续下滑，市场竞争的日益严峻，为实现市场价格最低化、金业利益最 大化。必须打破传统的生产管理方式，金业才能在激烈的竞争中占有主导地位。本文首 先分析了船舶制造业管理的现状，从传统的船舶制造管理模式进行分析，以及在传统的 船舶生产制造管理屮存在的诸多问题及弊端等方而入手，对船舶生产制造管理进行了综 合阐述。其次，通过引用现代船舶生产制造管理理论的相关内容与传统的船舶生产管理 理论进行了对比并建立了改进与优化的理论基础。随后，针对前文所分析出的问题进行 了改进与优化。最后，总结全文，概括研究结论并提出进一步开展工作的建议。 关键词：精益生产；准时化生产(JIT)；拉动式生产；看板管理 Abstract With the global economic downturn, the market competition is becoming more and more serious, in order to achieve the lowest market price, to maximize the interests of enteiprises.We must break the traditional production management, enterprises can occupy a dominant position in the fierce competition.This paper first analyzes the status of the shipbuilding industry management, manufacturing management mode from traditional ship were analyzed, and the existence of traditional manufacturing management in many problems and defects, the ship manufacturing management conducted a comprehensive set.Secondly, by referencing the ship production management theory relevant contents of modern ship production management theory and the comparison of traditional and established the improvement and optimization theory.Subsequently, the improvement and optimization is conducted for the analysis of the problem.Finally, summarizes the full text, summarizes the research conclusions and puts forward some suggestions for further work..
