水箱液位线性控制系统的设计与研究
摘要
液位控制是工业屮常见的过程控制,它对牛产的影响不容忽视。为了保证安全牛 产以及产品的质量和数量,对液位及时有效的控制是非常重姜的。H前牛产屮应用的 液位控制系统,主要以传统的PID控制算法为主。但对于复杂的大型系统,其数学模 型往往难以获得,传统的PID控制方式显得无能为力。为适应复杂液位控制系统的控 制要求,人们研究了很多智能控制方法,模糊PID控制便是其中之一。
文屮介绍了水箱液位控制系统的总体硬件结构及三级串联水箱组成,分析各种对 象的工作原理、以及各种组成部件的特性。在水箱液位的控制屮,由于三容水箱是一 个典型的非线性时变多变量耦合系统,用常规的控制手段很难实现理想的控制效果, 本文用了模糊PTD控制。首先对液位控制系统的PID控制算法进行分析,然后引入了 模糊PID控制,通过模糊PID控制器调节对输入偏差进行PID运算,得到PID参数, 实现对水箱液位的线性控制,系统经调试仿真,实现了各个控制要求,对水箱液位具 有较精确的控制。

ABSTRACT
Liquid level control is industrial process control, common in the influence on production can not be ignored. In order to ensure safety in production and the product quality and quantity, level timely and effective control is very important. The current production application of liquid level control system, mainly with the traditional PID control algorithm is given priority to. But for complex large system, and its mathematical model is often difficult to obtain, the traditional PID control method proved powerless. In order to adapt to the complex liquid level control system control requirements, people studied a lot of intelligent control method, fuzzy PID control is one of them.
This paper introduces the overall level control system tank hardware structure and level 3 series water tank, analysis of various objects composed the working principle, and the characteristics of various components. The control of the tank, due to the level of three let water tank is a typical nonlinear time-varying multivariable coupling system, with the conventional control means it is difficult to achieve the ideal control effect, this paper used the fuzzy PID control. First level control system of PID control algorithm is introduced, and then analyzes the fuzzy PID control by fuzzy PID controller, adjust the error of input, get PID operation to realize PID parameters of linear control, tank level by commissioning simulation system, realized each control requirements of water tank with precise control leve
