血清铁调素含量在鉴别缺铁性贫血和慢性病贫血中的意义汝 赵晋英周沛2刘翠彳曾漂彳岳云彳谢奔2胡晓娇2 (1邵阳医学高等专科学校检验系湖南邵阳422000; 2邵阳医学高等专科学校检验系2008级学生 湖南邵阳422000) 【摘要】目的 评价血清铁调素(Hepc)含量在鉴别诊断缺铁性贫血(IDA)和慢性病贫血 (ACD)中的意义。方法 采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA )检测36例IDA患者和33例ACD患者 血清Ilepc含量,与同期22例健康体检者血清Ilepc含量进行比较。结果 正常对照组血清 Hepc 含量为 49. 50 ± 29. 80ng/ml, IDA 患者血清 Ilepc 含量为 19. 73± 15. 62ng/ml,比正常组 降低60. 14%,具有统计学意义(P0. 01);而ACD患者血清Ilepc含量明显增高,达119.45 ± 50. 97ng/ml,比正常对照组增高了 141. 31% ( R0. 01 )。IDA组血清Hepc与Hb之间呈正相 关(r=0. 704, P0. 01 ); ACD 组血清 Hepc 与 Hb 之间呈负相关(r=-0. 595, P0. 01 X 结论 IDA时血清Ilepc含量降低,而ACD时血清Ilepc含量升高,并且其变化程度与患者贫血程度 相关。血清Ilepc含量对于鉴别诊断IDA和ACD及治疗具有重要的意义。 【关键词】 缺铁性贫血;慢性病贫血;铁调素;血红蛋白 中图分类号:R556.3 The diagnostic value of serum hepcidin in the differential diagnosis of iron deficiency anemia and anemia of chronic diseases Zhao jinying, Zhou pci, Liu cui,Zeng piao, Yuc yun, Xie ben, Hu xiaojiao, Huang zezhi (Department of Ecsomatics; Shaoyang Medical College; Hunan Shaoyang 422001; China) [Abstract] Objectives: To clarify the diagnostic value of serum hepcidin (Hepc) in the differential diagnosis of iron deficiency anemia (IDA) and anemia of chronic diseases (ACD). Methods: The serum Hepc concentration of IDA (36 cases), ACD (33 cases) and health control (22 cases) were detected by ELISA. Results: The concentration of serum Hepc in health control, IDA and ACD were 49.50±29.80ng/ml, 19.73±15.62ng/ml and 119.45±50.97ng/ml, respectively. As compared with control, the concentration of serum Hepc in IDA was decreased 60.14%, while the concentration of serum Hepc in ACD was increased 141.31%? Correlation analysis showed the concentration of semm Hepc in IDA correlate postively with Hb concentration (r=0.704, P0.01), while in ACD correlate negatively with Hb concentration (r=-0.595, P0.01) .Conclusions: The concentration of serum Hepc decreased in IDA, while increased in ACD?
