毕业设计（论文） 华盛天龙光电公司偿债能力分析与评价研究 姓 名：陈修燕 学 号专 业：财务管理 系 别：经济管理学院 指导教师：陈文华 教授 2019年5月 PAGE i 摘 要 随着经济的发展，企业之间的经济联系日益的紧密，偿债能力作为评价一个公司财务成果的依据，它可以警示公司经营方面的危险。这对企业来说，偿债能力分析是必不可少的一环。而作为制造业行业的先进企业，华盛天龙光电公司在近几年的偿债能力分析上存在不足，例如：债务结构不合理，部分资金回收困难；资金流动性较差，营业收入较少；资本结构不合理等。为了能更好的对企业偿债能力进行分析评价，研究华盛天龙光电的偿债能力具有明显的现实意义。 本文主要对华盛天龙光电公司偿债能力现状进行分析，并结合该公司近几年财务数据和相关财务能力方面（营运能力、盈利能力、现金流量）对华盛天龙光电公司的偿债能力存在的问题和原因进行综合评价分析与研究，提出解决方案。 关键词：偿债能力；债务分析；财务数据 PAGE iv ABSTRACT With the development of economy, the economic relations between enterprises are increasingly close. As the basis of evaluating a companys financial achievements, solvency can alert the company to the risks in operation. For enterprises, solvency analysis is an indispensable part. As an advanced enterprise in the manufacturing industry, Huasheng Tianlong Photoelectric company has deficiencies in the solvency analysis in recent years. For instance, the structure of liabilities is irrational,some funds are difficult to recover, the liquidity of funds is poor, the operating income is small, and the capital structure is unreasonable and so on. In order to better analyze and evaluate the solvency of the enterprise, it is of great practical significance to study the solvency of Huasheng Tianlong Photoelectric Company. This paper mainly analyses the current situation of the solvency of Huasheng Tianlong Photoelectric Company, and comprehensively evaluates and studies the existing problems and causes of the solvency of Huasheng Tianlong Photoelectric Company in terms of its financial data and related financial capabilities (operational capacity, profitability, cash flow) in recent years, and puts forward solutions.
