The eight great cuisines of china is:Guangdong cuisine ,Sichuan cuisine ,Shandong cuisine ,Jiangsu cuisine,Zhejiang cuisine,Fujian cuisine,Hunan cuisine and Anhui cuisine. 2021-4-5 Anhui cuisine is one of the eight great cuisines in Chinese.Anhui cuisine consists of Wannan,Yanjiang and Yanhuai dishes. 安徽菜是中国八大菜系之一。 安徽风味,主要由皖南、沿江和沿淮三方菜式组成。 2021-4-5 Wannan cuisine originated from the Huizhou dish, Its main characteristic is fond of ham, with rock sugar raises fresh, to keep the original taste. 皖南风味源于徽州,其主要特点是喜用火腿佐味,以冰糖提鲜,吾于保持原料的本味。 2021-4-5 Yanjiang cuisine is originated from Cunwuhu,Anqin and Chaohu area.Use more seafood and fowl for preparation,focus on the skill of cutting and appearance.
