医学论文 北京地区医学院校大学英语教师职业倦怠的调查研究   [中图分类号] H319 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-7210(2016)04(b)-0047-05   [Abstract] Objective To investigate the job burnout of college english teachers in medical universities in Beijing, and put forward coping strategies in order to provide advice and reference for college english teachers and administrators in medical universities. Methods The investigation was carried out by means of questionnaires with college english teachers in three medical universities in Beijing. Data were collected and analyzed by using PASW Statistics 18.0 for a qualitative analysis of teachers job burnout and relevant variables. Results Job burnout syndrome of college english teachers in medical universities in Beijing was prevalent but not serious on the whole, teachers mainly feel emotional exhaustion. Sex and degree did not influence job burnout of college english teachers in medical universities in Beijing, while professional title, years of teaching and average weekly workload exert obvious influenced on teachers job burnout, emotional exhaustion in particular (P = 0.000, 0.009, 0.025). Conclusion College english teachers in medical universities should build up a right professional ideology, enhance professional self-identity and work out a practical and reasonable plan for professional development with corresponding measures. Administrators should create a good organizational climate and evaluation system for teachers development and relieve teachers work stress. Teachers and administrators also should conduct psychological adjustments to relieve job burnout, promote teachers professional development and improve teaching quality.   [Key words] Medical universities; College english teacher; Job burnout   近年来,教师职业倦怠问题逐渐引发教育专家和管理者的广泛关注和探讨。美国社会心理学家Maslach和Jackson将职业倦怠定义为在以人为服务对象的职业领域中,个体的一种情感耗竭、非人性化和低成就感的症状。其中,情绪衰竭指个体情绪情感处于极度疲劳状态,工作热情完全丧失;非人性化指个体以消极、否定或麻木不仁的态度对待工作对象;低成就感指个体评价自我意义与价值的倾向降低[1]。在以学生为服务对象的教学领域中,高校教师职业倦怠问题受到了越来越多的关注,高校教师职业倦怠无论从理论上,还是实践中都已经是一个客观事实[2]。
