摘要 自从改革开放以来，随着中国经济的不断发展，中国传统制造业装备和技术在不断升级和发展。在市场经济的推动下，21世纪以来工业机器人在制造业的各个行业都得到了飞速的发展，尤其是在汽车、冶金、食品等领域得到了前所未有的高速发展。与传统的机械设备比较而言，工业机器人具有不可替代的优势。工业机器人相比较而言具有易用性、智能化水平高、生产效率及安全性高、易于管理等显著优势，而且机器人可以在高危环境下工作，可以大大降低人的危险。 我国工业机器人被广泛应用于制造业。尤其是汽车制造业。随着机器人技术的发展，工业机器人逐渐向航空航天，军备制造等行业发展。除此以外，工业机器人在食品、医疗等领域也逐渐得到了广泛的应用。随着机器人控制技术的不断发展，制造精度的不断提高，与传统工业设备相比，机器人产品的价格越来越低，产品的个性化程度越来越高，因此在一些小批量，工序复杂的产品生产过程中，工业机器人完美的取代了传统工业设备的地位，这在很大程度上节省了企业的成本，提高了市场竞争力。 在许多工厂中，尤其是像华硕这类的电子产品制造业，工业机器人被广泛应用于上下料等搬运工作。机器人搬运可以适应强度大的工作量，并且工作效率很高，非常节省人力。机器人搬运能够根据零件的特点，进行归类，将各类零件放置到不同的地方，机器人搬运是高效且高准确率的。因而，搬运机器人在生产线上下料方面发挥着重要的作用。在集装箱等大型货物的搬运方面也替代了大大节约了人力成本。 本文以ABB公司的RobotStudio软件为基础，通过RobotStudio对搬运机器人进行搬运金属零件的整个过程进行自动化模拟仿真，通过对零部件的选型、组成工作站、布局、路径的规划、离线编程以及仿真设计等方面进行研究，进而设计出一种可以应用于实际生产的搬运机器人仿真设计。 关键词：工业机器人 集成应用 运动规划与仿真 Abstract With the continuous development of Chinas economy and the reform and opening up, China’s traditional manufacturing industry is constantly upgrading.
