工程项目进度与成本的协同管理研究-工程管理.doc

摘要 PAGE PAGE VIII 摘要 PAGE PAGE 5 摘　要 随着中国社会主义市场经济的不断发展，建筑行业也得到了蓬勃发展，成为推动我国国民经济高速发展的重要推动力。建筑行业愈来愈重视提高工程项目的施工效率，实现资源配置最优，以达到既抓进度又控制成本的目的。这就意味着在工程项目开发过程中需加强工程项目中进度和成本协协同管理的力度。本文就在工程项目施工阶段进度与成本协同管理的重要性、存在矛盾和方案优化进行理论分析的基础上，充分结合云南省昆明市官渡区中望城配套99班中学新建工程项目、滇池华府9号地块项目两个工程项目施工过程中进度和成本的实际情况；反映出工程项目管理在施工阶段预算部（成本部）与项目部之间存在的主要问题。将研究分为了六部分：首先是论文的绪论部分，然后介绍了案例项目的工程概况，论文主要围绕工程进度对工程成本的影响、成本控制对工程进度的影响和项目进度与项目成本的协同管理方案研究三个部分展开讨论，最后为结论与展望。从实际案例中寻求最佳解决方案，实现工程项目进度和成本的协同管理，增强企业降低于风险的能力。期望此次研究对于今后在工程项目管理施工阶段进度与成本的协同管理相关研究提供一定理论基础。 关键词：工程进度　工程成本　协同管理 Abstract PAGE PAGE VIII Abstract PAGE PAGE 6 Abstract With the continuous development of Chinas socialist market economy, the construction industry has also developed vigorously and become an important driving force for the rapid development of Chinas national economy. The construction industry attaches more and more importance to improving the construction efficiency of engineering projects and realizing the optimal allocation of resources, so as to achieve the goal of both catching the progress and controlling the cost. This means that in the process of project development, it is necessary to strengthen the coordinated management of schedule and cost. In this paper, the construction phase of the project schedule and cost management of the importance of cooperation, contradiction and scheme optimization, on the basis of theoretical analysis, combination of zhong wang cheng supporting 99 class middle school in Kunming, Yunnan province, 9 new construction projects, Dianchi lake Washington plot project two project construction schedule and cost in the process of the actual situation; It reflects the main problems existing between the budget department (cost department) and project department in the construction stage of project management.
