有机磷中毒及解救 Acute Intoxication and Detoxication of Organophosphates 医学院药理学系 Acute Intoxication and Detoxication of Organophosphates [PURPOSE] To observe the acute intoxication of metrifonate and the specific detoxication effects of atropine and pralidoxime(PAM). To understand the mechanism of action of organophosphates and atropine, pralidoxime. [MATERIALS] One rabbit is needed for each group. Drugs: 5%metrifonate, 0.1% atropine sulfate, 2.5% PAM [PROCEDURE] [RESULTS] [DISCUSSION] [PROCEDURE] 1. Weight and fix the rabbit. Observe the symptoms of the rabbit. Fill the table. 2. Establish the model of organophosphate intoxication (6.25% metrifonate ; 2ml/kg ear-vein intravenous injection). Keep the needle in ear-vein and do not pull it out. Fix it on rabbit ear with a bulldog clamp. Put the acupuncture needle into it. Fill the table. 3. If you have observed the organophosphate intoxication symptoms: First, intravenous inject 0.1% atropine sulfate 1ml/kg in ear-vein of the rabbit. Observe the changes of symptom and fill the table.
